When icecast reaches its client limits, any further connection is reject. For listeners it is expected, but we want to keep track the stats during a heavy workload, so earhon should not get rejected.

We need to find a way to use/reuse the same connection.

Maybe #94 is a smart way to go around the client limits, as stats client might have a dedicated counter, and not be counted in the client count.
