doc: Animations for depth-wise and Point-wise convolutions

I would like add animations for depth wise and point wise convolutions in chapter of Mobilenet in Comuputer Vision community course can you please assign me this issue?
These animations will help visualising this complex concepts easy.

I would like to raise a PR for this issue!

Hey, great idea and sorry for the late answer. Please upload the animations to our course assets dataset here: https://huggingface.co/datasets/hf-vision/course-assets and create a PR with them added in.
