Copy button doesn't work

Steps to reproduce

1. Go through migration process until final step
2. Instead of selecting Migrate, press Copy

Expected behavior

The confirmation menu for copying an entry should show up and upon confirming, the entry being copied to should be in the Library and so should the entry being copied

Actual behavior

The confirmation menu for migrating opens instead, and only the entry being copied to shows up in the Library
