Currently VERA and RATS are executed for every .h/.cpp/etc file in root folder.
It would be better that list of files to analyze is created based on solution projects.

As a workaround, I've specified all unnecesary file as sonar.exclusions.

ah yes! sonar.exclusions is not really a good way of handling this. should easily doable.. thanks for reporting.
