hi,when i use your php-fpm-template that was imported in Zabbix WEB GUI,there is something wrong like this.It looks like import failed.
here is the error status：

by the way , the only confused me is the php-fpm template , and your php-fpm-params.conf is OK, your php-fpm-check.sh is also OK.
