When installing tmux via TPM, change path to add to .bashrc/.zshrc from
$HOME/.tmux/plugins/tmuxifier/bin
to
$HOME/.tmux/plugins/tmuxifier/bin:$PATH

Terminal won't work because error
/usr/bin/env: 'bash': No such file or directory
Will be encountered
