Is there something i am missing or does tmuxifier do not have a way to delete those files in the cli. i know you can go to the directory and delete from there but i want some way to delete my created session files some way that is straightforward instead of having to specially go to the directory to delete.

Honestly the thought for a rm command had never crossed my mind. But then I think I've only deleted a layout file once since I created tmuxifier 10+ years ago... lol
It's a good shot though, I'll see if I can get it implemented quickly this weekend :)
