When do the test as README.md, the log the server side shows layout file expired.

As the log, root.layout in tests/bios/testfile/in_toto.tar.gz shows that the layout expires until 2021-10-02T14:10:29Z.

If needed, the example file should be re-created, using a new and long expiretime.
