Tough as nails shows as wet when in a boat

With tough as nails installed it says that you wet when in a boat. The wet effect is -7 and water biomes are cold which means that you can’t use the mod without getting hyperthermia.

I’m not sure if this is caused by tough as nails or this mod not saying it is a boat.

The mod is not saying the modular boat is a boat (for technical reasons). I'll see if I can do something about it
