Free_space as a filter

Could we have the free_space option added as a filter? So instead of having the free_space using only a select few built in removal criteria we have it check if the free_space is below a threshold in the filters and then use the normal removal conditions.

this is a suggestion and not an issue. Hoping it could be added to the todo list.
