make linkcheck shows 43 errors

This is a Bug Report

Problem:
running ´make linkcheck` shows 43 errors. These seem to be internal links.

Proposed Solution:
Fix links, alternatively, fix the linkcheck so it doesn't report false positives. Tested some links, and they worked.
