Issue with showing build parameters

Hello,
We have freestyle jobs that wait some time for building. While waiting for building, we were able until recently (LTS 2.440.3) to check parameters, like in the picture left. But with later versions, like LTS 2.462.1, panel "build parameters" is smaller, limited with underlying panel “build history” and if there are a lot of parameters, or they have long values, we can see just part of it.
Is there a way to revert to previous behavior? Or at least to check parameters with new versions?

Reproduction steps

1. create freestyle job with parameters
2. make them wait (for example, run it on non-existent node)
3. hoover over icon for build parameters
4. compare displayed panel for versions LTS 2.462.1 and LTS 2.440.3 (this is already shown on attached picture)
   (problem is, if there are a lot of parameters, or of they are strings with a lot of characters, we cannot see them all)
