Example for Jenkins (related to #5 ): https://github.com/jenkins-infra/pipeline-library/blob/master/vars/buildDockerAndPublishImage.groovy (that is the shared Library we use on infra.ci.jenkins, ci.jenkins etc. to build and publish Docker images in an automated way for the releases.
