There are 2 rules matching on the href of a tags surrounding icons, both match ".task-icon-link[href='/']" - these rules don't affect any Jenkins installation installed in a subdirectory, but remove the up icon from jobs if Jenkins is installed to the root of a webserver... Please remove those rules.
