Add a note that we use FreeCAD, and that we use "A2plus_Workbench" for creating the assembly

@TsvetislavRangelov if you want to pick something up you can always do so.
Mostly I assign myzelf if I'm working on a task, so you can see what I'm doing.
This project should have pull request enabled, but let me know if you run into issues
