VS 2017 requires extensions to be repackaged using the 2017 VSIX SDK.

@jbevain just curious do you know the timeline for getting this onto vs17? I'm open to helping anyway I can to make this happen.

Just mentioning, it does work on VS 2017, but it crashed for me at the first time. Worked on the second time.
