Out of Memory exception

I'm seeing an odd Out of Memory exception thrown when running profiteur.

profiteur.exe: getMBlocks: VirtualAlloc MEM_COMMIT failed:

This is followed by my WIN10 system language out of memory error.

When running profiteur it starts steadily swallowing all of my available RAM, going up to 27 GB. Takes maybe a bit over a minute in total and then terminates.

I compiled the file with this command

stack test --profile --ghc-options=-O2

I'm on

• WIN10
• Stack 2.1.3
• GHC 8.6.5
