Xmake has supported cosmocc toolchain now.

Xmake (dev version, but it's not currently released.) has supported cosmocc toolchain now.

We can use xmake to build program with cosmocc toolchain now. see xmake-io/xmake#4709

We need only write a xmake.lua file.

add_rules("mode.debug", "mode.release")

add_requires("cosmocc")

target("test")
    set_kind("binary")
    add_files("src/*.c")
    set_toolchains("@cosmocc")

then run xmake command to build it.
