Describe the bug
The content is missing in the Jakarta Servlet 4.0 specification.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the main page for Jakarta Servlet 4.0 specification: https://jakarta.ee/specifications/servlet/4.0/
  2. Click on either link for "Jakarta Servlet 4.0 Specification Document", either PDF or HTML links.
  3. Notice the spec document consists of a single page, the front matter. No actual content.

Expected behavior
I expected to see the Servlet specification.

That is intentional as it is just a rerelease of the Servlet 4.0 specification under the new license after the transition from JCP.

I guess it could have been stated a little more clearly. Btw this applies to all the Jakarta EE 8 specifications (which are all just copies of Java EE 8 under the new license).
