Extracting using Windows Extract All functionality

Nice tool but to use it I would need to be able to extract files using windows embedded zip functionality.
At the moment when trying to do that I get error:

I can unzip archive using your class but cannot do that using Windows.
I used both Store and Deflate options. Also I tried to switch EncodeUTF8 to true with no luck.
