[Feature Request] Subsonic API suppprt

Jmusicbot currently doesnt have Subsonic API support.

What is your ideal solution to the problem?

Include support for Subsonic API.

How would this feature be used?

1. Ability to play music/playlists/podcasts from a subsonic API supported/forked music streaming servers like Subsonic, Libresonic, Airsonic, Navidrome etc.

New source requests should be made to lavaplayer or implemented in a standalone source manager; this is not something that JMusicBot would be providing exclusively.

@snarkeh Did you ever find a bot that supports subsonic api? I have a navidrome instance that I use all the time, and would love it if I could stream on Discord.
