No download button in extra course

Hi, there is no button beside title (only share button) nor in the extension icon, which reports : "Loading Please wait while I fetch the video stream... ", even when the video is playing.

I am trying to download videos of an introductory course that doesn't have ID and on webeep has "extra course" instead of the academic year.
Cannot download even with the extension disabled, though, whilst I can on standard courses.

the course is "Tutoring Course: "Introduction to Modern Physics"
To access it, it is necessary to send an acceptance request to course manager and be accepted.

Are you using the latest version of the extension? Your link is working for me on both Firefox and Chrome.

Yes I am.
Your suggestion made me try on a clean profile of Firefox and there the extension worked!
Anyway, on this clean profile the extension was required to download from this particular course, while on other classic courses I can download with the extension disabled, so maybe the issue was due a mix of this particular course and my screwed firefox profile.
