Powershell 5

Note: This package requires powershell 5 to be installed. Not sure if it can be checked somehow. Adding this issue to help anyone who runs into this problem like I did.

@dannymyers What issue did you run into and is PS5 to be installed on the build box or the target server?

Please open a new issue wiTh system.debug variable set to true and post the log.
