Turn Wifi on when device gets unlocked IF

Turn Wifi on when device gets unlocked IF it was turned off by WiFi Automatic.

Use case: I'm using Wi-Fi, then I lock the phone, Wi-Fi Automatic turns it Off.

Now, a few time later I unlock the phone and I would like to continue using Wi-Fi so I activate "Turn Wifi on when device gets unlocked" and it gets the job done.

However if I want Wi-Fi to stay off, I don't want it to be turned on on every unlock.

If it is possible to create such condition, it would be somekind of middleground where if it was turned off by some other means - not by Wi-Fi Automatic - it would stay off, but would reconnect if it was turned off by the Wi-Fi Automatic
