meta.number is a primary UCD, and hence the sequence of the atoms must be swapped (also: the stuff is a number, not a baseline).
While I was touching the document, I noticed it had a hard checkout of ivoatex in it, which is unfortunate for a whole host of reasons (staring with: outdated bibliography). This PR also includes ivoatex as a submodule and slightly regularises other ivoatex use. Please refer to ivoatexDoc, sect 2.2 for more background.
Also, feel free to poke me if you'd like me to produce your arch diagram.
