Your code fails to change the display of divide by zero to '0%'. Since java doesn't calculate as NaN this does not work.

if (vMeasure4 == 'NaN') { vMeasure4Tag = 'tags' + '0%' + 'tag';

Instead, it would be better to test like this:
if(arrayL1[vFinalWrite][6] == 0) { vMeasure4Tag = 'tags' + '0%' + 'tag';

Or maybe put in 'NaN' for consistency with other Qlik calculations.
