Romanian diacritics "ț" and "Ț" missing in Google Font Rajdhani

Hello,

When using Rajdhani from Google Fonts with Romanian language text, these two non-English/Diacritic characters: "ț" and capital "Ț" are not displaying, in all the weights. The glyphs are present in the font, however they're not in the usual place, i guess.

ţ - should be at U+0163 (0xFE); Latin Small Letter T With Cedilla
Ţ - should be at U+0162 (0xDE); Latin Capital Letter T With Cedilla

This is the only issue with Romanian; the other diacritics (ș, Ș. ă, Ă, â, Â, î, Î) are working fine. It would be great if you could make it 100% usable for Romanian!

Examples of Google fonts which display these characters correctly: Roboto, Open Sans, Montserrat, Poppins.
