Inverse Discrete Cosine Transform (IDCT) descriptions for High-Level Synthesis (HLS) and Hardware Construction (HC) tools.
Unless stated otherwise, IDCT examples were developed at ISP RAS.

- DSLX implementation as a part of JPEG decoder from Google XLS test suite
