request: be able to always use Zoom while in Creative/Spectator

I'm trying to make Zoom vanilla-friendly, so that's why I'm using these settings:

you can only use Zoom when you have a Spyglass in your inventory, but what I don't like is that this applies to Creative too, so I can only use Zoom if I have a spyglass
would it be possible to add an option to always allow Zoom in Creative/Spectator?

if you will accept this request, pls make an update to fabric 1.20.1
