Steps to Reproduce

Hello,
After sometimes of server uptime, the powershell universal solution start to not respond correctly,
In my example, I just modify a apps code and try to save it, but the save process starting without finished the step.
I've added all powershell universal path and executable as exclusion on my antivirus solution.

In my case, I only have 1 app with 3 pages and 1 script with scredule, pretty low usage for a POC actually

I need to restart the service or the server to fix the situation

Expected behavior

Powershell Universal not respond as expected after some time of usage

Actual behavior

Powershell Universal respond every time
