Current ideas:

  1. Make it possible to open them in a non-sidebar view-- possibly can use the same active file mechanism as we use for the oracle/move sidebars to get an active journal

  2. Tag journal files. Use some of the editor/view change events to try to track which journal was most recently in use. If we can't figure it out, prompt based on tag (and maybe recency?)

Also, as discussed in Discord, we could just make as a starting point (probably controlled by a setting), popping up a list of recently viewed/edited files and let you pick one to log into

I think I'm gonna tackle this soon. This seems like a better alternative to #317, actually, when I think about it.
