Old Version without DNS and actual Version doesn't start

Hello Community,

I've startet my IOTA wallet after a long time (nearly 1-2 years) and my wallet isn't able to connect with the Network. I've started with the Version 1.5.1.

After using the Update to Version 2.0.7 the wallet isn't starting anymore. Failure message:

I don't have any idea how to solve this problem so I got back to Verson 1.5.1 and got this error message:
