Support pre-defined JSON Schemas for feature types

Describe the Feature Request

The JSON Schema for a feature type is automatically derived from the schema in the provider. If a JSON Schema for the data already exists (defined by a community, a data provider or a standard), it should be possible to reuse that schema.

Describe the Use Case

A pre-defined JSON Schema for GeoJSON features exists and should be re-used.

Describe Preferred Solution

Add an option to link to a schema. The link should be media-type-specific. The pre-defined JSON Schema documents can be on another server or published as resources in the API.
