Suggestion to add installer script installation method

As there are quite a lot kernel module and run-time driver packages, it might be more convenient for the users if there is also an installer script installation method to choose.

The installer script could be in sh script or one single deb/rpm package. Then the users can use the sh script or the CLI to launch the installer and finish the installation via CLI or interactive graphics interface.

The installer could provide some installation options, such as:

• "only install dkms kernel drivers",
• "no-dkms",
• "only install compute runtime pkgs, such as OpenCL and level-zero",
• "only install media runtime pkgs",
• “remove driver pkgs”
