run benchamrks for Paseo setup

I am quite certain that benchmarks don't depend on genesis values, but only on runtime config values, which makes sense as they can be changed. If a genesis config field is relevant for an extrinsic weight, it is usually part of the input range of a benchmark, but not as a single value sampled of the config itself.
