[BUG] Fails to install on Windows

Attempting to install the plugin in GitBash (using Powershell also fails due to the ".sh" file), it errors out with:

Installing helm-kubeval v0.13.0 ...

helm-kubeval 0.13.0 is installed.

I can install but I can't run. I have the following error:

Error: fork/exec C:\Users\Asous\AppData\Roaming\helm\plugins\helm-kubeval/scripts/run.sh: %1 is not a valid Win32 application.
