Upgrade to Storybook 8

Description

We need to upgrade our current version of Storybook to version 8 to leverage new features, improvements, and bug fixes introduced in the latest release. This upgrade will ensure that our Storybook instance is up-to-date and aligned with the latest standards and practices in UI development.

Acceptance Criteria

• Storybook is successfully upgraded to version 8 without any major issues or regressions.
• All existing stories, components, and functionalities remain functional and accessible in the upgraded Storybook instance.
• Testing confirms that the upgraded Storybook instance performs as expected and aligns with the new features and improvements introduced in version 8.
• Our plugins work just like before
