Because MusicXML conversion is much faster than MIDI conversion, do the former first and allow the user to select tunes for MIDI conversion.

Started to work on this here 022ac28. Right now, the MusicXML generation proceeds for the full playlist, then the MIDI generation follows. What's missing is responding to clicks on specific hourglass icons.
