Email warning/banner

Hello!

Into not to distant past, Office 365 added an option to add a warning/banner for emails received outside of the organization (more details -> https://o365reports.com/2020/03/25/how-to-add-external-email-warning-message/) and I was wondering if we can modify altermime to do something similar?

I am guessing that it would need either a new option that tells it to search for the start of the body tag or maybe hack the existing code to search so that the disclaimer is inserted at the top of the email.
