Add support for one-based level scheme?

Many countries call what the Brits call "first floor" the second floor. I would love to see the level buttons adapt to local tastes.

Ideally, indoorequal.org should adapt from the level:ref= tags in the buildings — if the building that the map is centered on calls level=0 the G/F then I assume that should be the button's label.

Hi Luis, thanks for raising this issue. I agree that supporting level:ref could be nice.
There is not much number of level:ref (https://taginfo.indoorequal.org/keys/level%3Aref#overview) but I need to take a look on which kind of nodes this attribute is used to see if it's only done on indoor=level feature.
