This is a bit out there, but might be really cool: allow sourcing files from inside a Kubernetes cluster, so people can load the configuration into the catalog live.

I imagine this would be easy to configure with a cronjob manifest and some roles + rolebindings. This would be an alternative way of sourcing catalog data for those who don't have full gitops (where the local files source from the repo is probably better) but was mentioned at kubecon.
