Key repetition does not work on MacOS

Hi,
I am currently using aSPICE which works quite fine even if the GUI is not exactly in line with MacOS style guide :-)

One problem I am experiencing is that key repetition on key press and hold is not managed inside the VM. I tried with several Linux VMs with the same result.

Hardware is a Mac mini M1 running latest Sonoma while hypervisor is a Proxmox 8.2.2
