I access my Proxmox Server with the built in web browser on a Quest 2. The web interface for controlling a machine using noVNC works ok, but it would be better if I could launch an app like Opaque to open the downloaded pve-spice.vv from the SPICE link. This should be able to handle audio output, which the noVNC does not handle, as well as get better mouse positioning.

Quest 2 and Quest 3 have "Passthrough" AR (Augmented Reality) modes so that you can see the real world around you (black and white on the 2) and have color windows open inside VR space.

This would be awesome for traveling to use the headset with no need for large monitors in real space, as you can have a large virtual monitor anywhere you want.

I'd be happy to test side loading an APK if you have one.

Probably the easiest place to start would be using SideQuest:

I decided to make the Opaque APK available here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/113067670. Does it work well enough?

Sorry, I've not upgraded on Patreon, so I can't download and test it.
