[Feature Request] Add Homebrew Formula

This is an awesome tool.

As a heavy homebrew user, my first inclination to install it was brew install change-menu-bar-color

Are you open to adding this to homebrew? I can help if you need assistance.

Feel free to try to add it to homebrew. I am a bit worried it would get rejected as not a gemeral purpose utility or that it would not work after installing because I do not sign it.
