remote-ftp deleting my files

Description

When I open settings or any empty file, ftp uploads all of the files I opened before in an empty way. Or when I open a folder, it tries to upload them all. It deletes my files when disconnected from time to time.

Additional Information

i just opened 1 file and it was trying to upload whole folder...

It did when delete what it cannot upload by creating a hollow file on the server. it did corrupting files already running on the server.

for ex.
i have footer.php 130KB
i open some folder like MODULES
remote-ftp starting to upload all files in MODULES (why?)
remote-ftp disconnected and re-connected to server.
ta-da i have footer.php 0KB empty on server and local.
