Wiki's cmake instructions generate executables at the wrong place #279

Currently, if one follows the instructions on the wiki, $ cmake --build build/ will generate excetutables (and copy dll's on Windows) in the build/ folder, which then need to be copied back to the root directory of iceball in order for it to work. Please revise the related section.
