Sync metadata into Daily Note?

This is more of a question, so apologies for posting here if that's not appropriate. Is it possible to sync selected metadata into a template like the Daily Note? For example, keep a log of articles I saved on a given day by adding a codeblock to the Daily Note that grabs information about saved that day. I use Wallabag to save articles but do not want the actual notes saved into Obsidian.

I don't think we could support such a thing, to be honest.
I have a similar setup for my meeting notes where I get a list of them in my daily note using obsidian-dataview.
Maybe you could sync the notes to a folder, use dataview to list them in your daily note?
