PWA

I almost pulled the trigger on making this a PWA, but I haven't used next-pwa before and I'm unclear of the tradeoffs and gotchas I'd be taking on with this. For example, the default cache rules look like they assume your functions are running off of /api, and mine aren't.

It might be nice to layer it in later, though. I've done the rest of the things necessary to make this thing installable.
