OSB service broker should generate random password and Name

To be fully usable, the broker should offer the possibility to NOT specify the database name, and password.
The good point with OSB is that platform users (Cloudfoundry users) dont have to manage / keep databases password. The broker should be able to generate it, and give it when the user does a service binding.
