CB2 project

This code repository accompanies the Nature 2023 publication Structured cerebellar connectivity supports resilient pattern separation (paywall-free ShareIT link).

Updates!

  • March 6 2023: we added NetworkX graph files and examples to graphs. Using NetworkX is easier and more portable than previous legacy formats.

Example mesh reconstructions

These are mesh renderings that have been exported (as lists of segments) from our proofreading platform's database (MDSeg).

To visualize other proofread neurons, see the directions in mdseg.

You can also download exported meshes at https://github.com/htem/cb2-meshes! You can use a program like Blender to open these.

Purkinje cells

WARNING: These neurons are huge. Make sure you have free RAM (4GB+) before loading, and it will take a long time to load the meshes
